You approve a production sample and we ship your product to you!



Our first step is so easy! Simply go to our Get A Quote Page and fill out our easy form. Provide all the details of your promotional plush toys and upload the artwork, even if it’s hand drawn! All of our quotes are *ALL INCLUSIVE* unless told otherwise. Your quote will include a dedicated project manager, plush unit, testing, sewn in label, hang tag and shipping. In order to give you the most accurate quote, we will need as much detail as possible. You’ll notice many of the fields in the form are mandatory. This allows us to be competitive with our pricing. All quotes are custom, just like your custom plush toy!



Custom prototypes start at $200. This includes unlimited revisions for six months. We will make samples strictly based on your artwork. Our factory does an excellent job of finding the right materials to suit your character’s look. It takes approx. time to create the initial sample. 2-3 weeks, depending on level of detail. When the revised image is perfect, we’ll send you a physical sample for your personal approval. Once approved, we move into the production phase. We require a 50% deposit on your bulk promotional stuffed animal order to begin production. Typical lead time for our logo stuffed animals and other custom stuffed animals is 30 to 60 days. Our project managers will work directly with you to bring your concept art to life.



Once the design drawing of the sample is confirmed, then we will immediately start production according to the design drawing of the model, and the unit price is still the price we originally provided. Sometimes this may change based on revisions, size changes, materials and level of detail of individual units. Final payment is due before your promotional stuffed animal is shipped to your location.

Our team is dedicated to giving you the best experience from start to finish, and it all starts with your plush sample. By creating a sample first, you’ll be confident in your bulk order.

During the sample-making process, you get to approve or reject the design and provide feedback for any necessary changes you would like our team to make. This is one of the most important parts of the process, as you will have full control over the outcome of your order. We will never start working on the full bulk order until you approve the sample!

You can choose to approve the sample via the Sneak Peek photos we send you online, or we can send you the physical sample for you to approve. If you have a tight deadline, we recommend approval via photos, as that would allow us to get started on your full order right away vs waiting for you to receive the plush sample.

If you choose to continue with your bulk order by approving your Sneak Peek photos (sent to you via email), the cost of your sample order will be applied toward your overall total on your bulk order (so you’ll get that money back)! Yay!
