We want to help you with every stage of your custom plush creation. Below are some frequently asked questions about the production process for custom wholesale plush animals. 1. Can I get a sample to show around to buyers?

Yes. You can buy prototype toys. Once all the details of your idea are communicated, we will design and build a one-of-a-kind prototype that you can show to buyers. Statue/plush prototype fees start at $150 and include unlimited modifications until you are satisfied.

2. Where do you manufacture my toys?

The design, samples and production of all our toys are made in China. We are just a factory and have cooperated with many well-known brands for a long time, such as Ups, Fedex, Disney, etc.

3. How much does my idea cost to produce?

Keep in mind that in developing your unique product, there are many choices that can affect the final price. Therefore it is helpful if you have a budget in mind that we can use as a starting point. There are a few distinct factors that influence the price:

Quantity – In general, the more you order the less you pay per piece with a volume discount. This has to do with not only materials, but also the labor, testing and shipping involved to manufacture your custom plush toy.

Size – Common sizes that we use now are 6″ for Beanie type toys, 8″ to 12″ for smaller stuffed toys and 12″ and above for everything else. A bigger toy means more material. The greater the size adds to labor, materials, and shipping costs as well.

Quality – We can choose from many different qualities of plush and materials, which can greatly affect the price.

Detail – similar to the differences in quality but from a manufacturing point of view. A good example of two varying levels of detail in a toy are:

• A bean bag plush bear that is simple in shape and has a cartoon look.
• A realistic looking Grizzly Bear stuffed toy with features that are characteristic of the animal.

4. Do you have the capacity to keep up with my demand?

Yes, we can keep up with your production needs.

5. Where do I send my ideas?

Once you submit a quotation request, we will obtain your contact information, and a professional designer will contact you immediately. We support multiple communication channels such as Email, Whatsapp, Skype, etc.

6. What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order for custom plush products is 500 pieces. This is an industry standard. If you only need 1 piece, then we can still make it happen, although ordering 500 pieces or more is definitely more economical, but we understand that with new products, sometimes it’s best to start with the minimum quantity.

7. Is your first price quote the final price?

Our first price quote is an estimate based on the limited information that you provided on your initial quote form. Although we have spent many years working in the plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price may be higher or lower then the original quote. However your price will be final before we start production and there will not be any surprise charges to worry about.

8. How long does it take to get my product?

Approximately 45-90 days after the prototype is approved. The typical steps and duration are:

  • Prototype Stage – approximately 1-2 weeks of the initial sample. 1-2 weeks per round of revisions depending on the amount of detail requested to be changed.
  • Production Stage/Overseas Shipping – 15-30 days. This can vary due to production schedule, labor availability, ordering materials and testing.
  • Delivery – 25-30 days via vessel and then 5-10 days local shipping.

9. Is your first price quote the final price?

Your quote includes sea shipping freight and delivery to your door. There will be additional cost if requesting any additional product to be shipped via air. PLEASE NOTE: Due to circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily unable to offer inclusive and timely shipping quotes. All of our shipping partners and carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays and have suspended their cost-efficient shipping methods until things settle out and we see some sense of normalcy again. We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience this has caused. These temporary policies are to keep in line with new and rigorous safety procedures. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

10. Will my toys be safe?

Yes. We have been designing and manufacturing custom plush toys for over 30 years. All of our toys meet or exceed all required ASTM standards.We pride yourself on our 100% safety record, high level of customer service and our exceptional quality. We are always on top of the many changes to toy safety that are impacted by the United States and international governments.

11. Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush?

Yes. We can personalize your custom plush in a variety of different ways, including silk screening on a t-shirt or other apparel item or a direct embroidery on the plush toy itself. We can also provide your own hang tags, and personalizing your sewn in labels. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage.

When you place an order with us, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute our products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. If you have an idea that you would like to keep under wraps, we can provide a standard NDA you need one.

13. What if I have special packing needs?

No problem! We can package your animals in custom plastic bags, which are ideal for mail order and catalog sales, or we can design full-color display kit boxes for retail store shelves. You just provide us with the artwork and instructions and we’ll make them!

15. What do I need to do to get started?

Fill out our Online Quote to get started. We can then collect the prototype fee and schedule our first design conference call. During this first call we will gather information from you about your specific project. Based on the details discussed during this call we will begin to formulate the look and design needed to create your prototype.
